“No cure, no pay” sounds too good to be true to a lot of business owners. No result, no invoice. Yet we offer it, just not to everyone and not in every sector. Here’s why we’re willing to share the risk, and when it does and doesn’t fit.

What it means with us

Put simply: you pay for the result, not for the effort. We agree up front what counts as a result, usually a qualified meeting with someone genuinely in your target group. If that doesn’t happen, it costs you nothing.

That’s a different conversation from the classic “we’ll do our best and send you an invoice.” We take on part of the risk. That only works if we can reasonably predict what a campaign will produce.

Why we dare to: we know our ratios

The secret isn’t nerve, it’s numbers. We track, per sector, how many connections lead to conversations, and how many conversations lead to meetings. Once you know that funnel, lead generation stops being a gamble.

An example from practice. In a campaign for Simplifai, which sells AI software to banks and insurers, six months looked like this: more than 2,500 people reached, 289 conversations on LinkedIn, and 40 meetings with C-level decision-makers. Know those ratios for a sector and you can make an honest estimate up front. That’s when you can share the risk.

When it does fit

No cure, no pay works best when a few things line up. Your target group is easy to find and reach on LinkedIn. The market is big enough to draw from. And you have the room to follow up on meetings properly, because we bring you to the table, you close the deal.

In sectors where we already have data, we can often start this way right away.

When it doesn’t (yet) fit

Honesty first: sometimes we advise against it. If you’re in a tiny niche where we have no figures yet, we can’t reliably predict the result. Or your target group is so small the numbers don’t work. In those cases we propose a different model, like a trial period to build data first. Better that than a promise we can’t keep.

What this means for you

Want to know whether your sector fits our no-cure-no-pay model? Book a call. We’ll look at your target group together and, if we have the data, show you roughly what to expect. No strings attached.
